An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Staff and Perfect Location!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff, especially the gentleman who helped us (unfortunately, we don’t know his name) and Daiane.
We encountered an unexpected problem due to our own carelessness, but they went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and did everything they could to resolve the situation. Thanks to their genuine care and support, the problem was successfully resolved.
We truly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and dedication. Their support meant so much to us, and we will never forget how they helped us during a stressful situation. They are truly a credit to this property, and we hope their outstanding efforts are recognized and appreciated. They made all the difference in our stay, and we are incredibly grateful to them both.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-equipped, thoughtfully prepared, and felt like a home away from home.
The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and directly in front of a tram stop. It was incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring the city.
Everything about our stay was excellent, but what made it truly special was the wonderful staff. Their kindness and genuine care turned a difficult situation into a positive experience, and that is something we will always remember.
We would absolutely love to stay here again! We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. Thank you so much, especially to Daiane and the gentleman who helped us, for your exceptional kindness and support. You made us feel truly cared for, and we will always be grateful!

Was better than the photo's. Very impressed with how fresh and clean. Great location on Collins St, tram right outside.
Great that outside people couldn't access the rooms without scanning in the lift
