Host stopped responding and left us without accommodation

Nice location. Was sitting next to it while searching for another place to stay.

Communication about check-in was unclear. The host estimated herself how long it should take us to get from the train station to the property. When the journey took longer than expected, despite us keeping her updated, she stopped responding and did not check us in. We were left without access to the accommodation and had to find another place to stay at the last minute.

Smell coming from room opposite bedroom.

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Location is excellent in the town center. Everything is walking distance.

7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
