The location was very good - it was very quiet and only a very short walk to the main Rosebud shops and the beach. Our host was not on-site when we stayed, but provided clear and easy to follow instructions on self check in and departure and messaged us a couple of times to see that all was going well. The self contained unit was very clean and comfortable and had all facilities needed for our 4 night stay.
A very minor issue - Some of the spaces were a little tight e.g the bench space in the kitchenette and the space around the bed.

It was self contained
The second bed was in the living room and opposite the door sustenance- you can see in the photo that this is the only place to sit. Not even close to 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom had very little space around the bed but as presented they could squeeze a queen mattress in there.
No usual bedding either. A lamp didn’t work and the tv took up half the table.
Also the owner didn’t bother checking to see if we had left but just barged in.
I probably should have looked at the photos more closely - next time.
