The apartment is modern and clean, decorated in a Scandinavian style, and all on one level. You can reach it by lift or stairs along an open-air walkway. The air conditioning was excellent. All the appliances we used (washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee machine) worked well. The balcony is spacious and welcoming. The pool isn't heated, but we could still use it in October (but we are Finns :D). The apartment is in a good location with several stores nearby. The environment is peaceful and seemed safe.
We arrived by car in the middle of the night, and picking up the key from a nearby location went smoothly. When we got to the apartment, there was a minor issue because of a scheduling mix-up. In the morning we contacted the host, who responded quickly, and a very friendly caretaker sorted the issue out right away.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would and will happily come back.
We would have preferred somewhat softer beds.

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Furnished to a high standard. Everything you could think of available, kitchen stoked well with crockery, utensils, glasses and added touches like condiments and cleaning materials. Location, ideal between the 525 strip and the old town, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and promenade. Lovely pool that gets the sun all afternoon.
Front bedroom is a bit noisy from traffic

Modern apartment with everything you could want and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Much needed air conditioning. Really appreciated the kitchen supplies with cloths, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, condiments... All the stuff you need and hate having to buy for just a week's holiday.
Location is great with a short walk to the beach or the main strip.
Pool area sometimes got a bit busy for its small space.

Lovely spacious apartment, good Air conditioning and comfortable layout and fittings. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine and TV were welcomed. The dining/sitting area were spacious and well laid out.
I would say Los Alcazares is suitable for families with very small children. Beach is lovely and safe. Cartagena and Murcia are approx 30 mins away and well worth visiting. Alicante has great beaches and is just over an hour by car. Tolls there and back cost €23.
Double beds small and uncomfortable pillows. The pool was the smallest I have ever seen and there was an unpleasant smell in the pool area. Lack of fresh sheets and towels for a Two week stay. Was told if I wanted another set than I would need to pay €50, I’ve never experienced this before anywhere. Checking in was very confusing - not at all obvious that you have to drive to another location to get the keys from a lock box. Balcony is good and large but overlooking a busy road.
