Avoid This Property - Disgusting and Dismissive Host!!
Absolutely nothing. Horrendous Experience!!
Avoid This Property - Disgusting and Dismissive Host!!
We booked for 4 nights but had to leave after the first night due to the appalling conditions. The apartment was filthy, with hairs in all rooms, a grimy kitchen, and pubic hairs in bathrooms and hallways. The fridge smelled terrible, and towels and random clothes were left drying on racks. I don't know whose clothes they were. Happy to upload photos if booking.com allow.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep and as a result had to try and sleep on the sofas with our own towels on top, as the sofas were filthy. The bed sheets were dusty and hadn't been cleaned and some had red spot blood stains. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long while. Absolutely diabolical and unsanitary.
The Passageways into the place were dark and unsafe as it looked like something out of a horror movie with flickering lights.
The host was dismissive, refused a refund via Booking.com, and told us to cancel instead but then advised booking.com that I had cancelled. Even though I had evidenced that the host cancelled via whatsapp messages. He proved to be a liar. Still to this day (2+ months on) no refund has been provided to resolve the matter. Did not greet us on check-in, nor did he provided toilet rolls or parking space for our vehicle. What you see advertised is false, the host is unprofessional.
This was a nightmare start to our holiday. Avoid this property at all costs and book elsewhere!!
