The location. Comfortable house.
No customer service, no support if something sudden happens, no reliable communication with the host if you need support, or if you have questions. The location is perfectly located, but the house was very difficult to find. It took me 45 minutes walking back and forth to finally figure out and find the place. The address given was wrong 535 instead of 525, and there no indication at all about the name of the place, or how it looks like from the outside. From the outside, you will never be able to recognize it at all. The customer service was bad, and so hard to contact and could not give clear support about finding the place. There is absolutely NO reference of the place, or the direction to find it, even a picture would have been helpful if they sent me. There is Whatsapp that does not answer calls, and messaging is like a Chatbot.
There is no cleaning service and offering to change towels or clean the house in my 8 nights of stay. There was no offer. I love the location and the house is very comfortable. But overall, in terms of value for money - it is better to stay in a hotel inclusive of customer service, cleaning service, change towels, trash collection and even breakfast if applicable.
The house is directly next to the street. There was a marathon on a Sunday I was leaving to the bus station. I had 1 luggage and 3 heavy boxes. The entire street and the entire area in the Centro surrounding it were closed to cars. No one can help me. I had to figure it out all alone, and I missed my bus schedule because of that.
