The accommodation is modern, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. For us the location was great, just on the edge of the old town and beach front restaurants but just a 10 minutes walk away along the promenade. A good balance between Spanish residential and busier tourist centre. Good beach and beautiful coastline. Easy access 10 minutes walk from Villajoyosa Tram stop.
We had difficulty checking in online, found it very confusing. Didn’t know if payment had been received and were concerned our reservation would be cancelled. Because we couldn’t check in online we didn’t know if we’d be able to access property. Thankfully someone was at reception when we arrived and they were super helpful and all was good.

Fantastiskt fin och välutrustad lägenhet. Mycket rent och fräscht och personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka någon gång.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and genuinely fully accessible. Travelled with a wheelchair user who booked the fully accessible ground floor room but all the rooms we saw looked more than suitable. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Would thorough recommend

The apartment itself was clean. The air conditioning was working well.
The apartments are very basic & very overpriced! There is no balcony to any of the apartments & if you’re out the front you get a view of the street & if you’re out the back you get a builders yard (with building workers noise from 7:30am-6pm at night)! The terrace had just 4 sunbeds & 6 chairs & is around 15ft length & width, this to accommodate at least 40 apartments!!! Astounding. The pool is tiny (would fit 5 people in it at any one time). Not fit for purpose, no adequate outside space & no rest as builders noise early morning & all day long. Did speak to Jose (reception) who advised nothing could be done wow. Have complained to booking. com-still waiting for a response from them 4 days later!!! This place is very expensive for what you get, we left a day earlier than expected & had to fund this to go elsewhere as it was so horrendous!
