Proximity and helpfulness of the staff.
Cleanliness was not as good as I’d prefer, my pod’s lights and fan were not working (they gave me a discount instead of moving me due to capacity).

It was in a good location. Super close to the train station & the lobby was really bright and modern!
The rooms were pretty small & so were the bathrooms but it was clean.

The pods were surprisingly roomy and comfortable. The location was great.
The floors in the room and in the bathroom were sticky, as if whoever cleaned them either used dirty water or didn't remove all the soap. We were a group of four, so we rented a private room with four pods and a bathroom. The bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned (or, if it was, only superficially), as there was toothpaste and hair in several places on the bathroom and shower floor. I considered saying something to the staff at the counter, but I didn't get the impression that they were likely to resolve the issue. We were only staying for two nights, so we just tried to live with the grime.
