Exactly what we wanted, definitely returning

Do not waste your money here

The location of the property is right across the road from the beach.

The property is managed by the company RealJoy. When we got there, the place was filthy. It does not look like it does in the pictures. The cupboards were dirty, things inside were sticky. Nothing had been wiped down. The ice machine to the refrigerator was broken. The water filter was expired in the fridge. There were stains all over the living room furniture and area rug. The master bath was so beat up and dingy. There was still sand all over the. Counter. The dryer lint vent wouldn’t go in all the way so clothes kept getting caught on it, twisting and even destroying a few things. The seal to the dryer was also broken. The guest bedroom had two white bed frames with black dirt and handprints all over. One of the banisters was broken off the footboard. One of the beds had blood on the sheets with a black footprint. The toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom was missing the holder. There were 2 light bulbs burned out of the four over the dining room table. We found 1 live cockroach. We were constantly in contact with maintenance trying to get things cleaned or fixed. Many times they did not show. It took 3 days to get new bedding put on.
