Spacious and clean
We liked everything, but since just those days the water was missing for the entire Pesaro, we missed having a shower. Though, the owner informed us all the way and brought some water. Thanks!

It is close to train station and bus station. It is located in the historical center of Pesaro.
Friendly host has provided everything. When we have questions, host responded immediately.
The sofa bed is too soft. Shower is very small.

Tutto bene, la struttura è molto accogliente e ben tenuta. La pulizia è top, per essere un monolocale è disposto molto bene internamente! Disponibile la culla per il bimbo nuova e ben fatta.
Ci sono stati tanti piccoli dettagli che hanno fatto la differenza, un esempio? I saponi della doccia e del resto non erano quelli del discount e questo è già una buona base non da poco!
Silenzioso ed accogliente dotato di tutto e di più, ottima la posizione vicino a tutto e a soli 500 m dalla stazione.
Non prende il 10 pieno solamente per 2 pecche: il divano letto è un divano letto e non un letto, troppo scomodo e si va al centro, molto meglio un letto e qualche mobile in meno dove posizionare sia letto che divano, oppure solo il letto e via il divano; la seconda pecca è non avere l’ascensore (ma quella è stata una mia negligenza in fase di prenotazione) con un bimbo piccolo e il passeggino e tutto il resto non è il massimo, però alla fine si tratta di un solo piano, fattibile!
