Furnishings inside were comfortable, king bed was extremely comfortable, location great. Kitchen was well equipped except no Keurig, we brought our own. Ck. in was easy. There were 2 extra fans which came in handy with the July heat.
Didn’t have a Keurig, outside furniture wasn’t clean or comfortable, grill cover was torn up and laying around the wheels, bathroom extremely small, towels had a smell, we washed them but when they got damp from drying with them the smell came back. No end tables or lamps for reading in living room. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a/c, just a fan, too hot to sleep in, it actually was a closed in porch. The dock didn’t have cleats for tying up boat, a water hose was provide for boat rinse but the yellow hose was totally black with mildew so it rubbed off on your hands, legs, & the sides of your boat. I cleaned the hose as best I could with disinfectant wipes to be able to use it. Outside shower was nice to have but also mat on floor was icky and there was a constant water puddle with green mold in it just outside the shower. It was where the A/C from upstairs was draining out on the concrete instead of the grass.
