Location, ease of checking in,
Disappointed that in first room the sink was blocked and this should have been picked up before our stay. Had to email hotel to get their attention as no other means available. It was promptly fixed No soap in shower in second room -again this should have been picked up before our stay. Very inconvenient to season soap!!
