Our experience at Apartmány Horský Dvůr was exceptional from start to finish. The service stood out immediately - the host was incredibly warm, kind, and consistently responsive, replying within minutes to every request we had. It’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for as a guest, and it made our stay unforgettable.
The property itself is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Free parking on site made everything easy, and the facilities for children were inviting and well maintained, creating a perfect environment for families. The kitchen was impressively well equipped, making cooking effortless, and we especially enjoyed having access to a gas grill for relaxed outdoor meals.
We also loved the indoor pool, which was clean and perfect for unwinding. The sauna was another highlight - a cozy, calming space that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation.
What really amazed us was the host’s dedication. Upon request, he even installed a volleyball net, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. This level of attention and hospitality is something you don’t encounter often.
Overall, Apartmány Horský Dvůr is a fantastic place to stay - welcoming, comfortable, and run by people who genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a warm and memorable getaway.
