Extremely well placed property in the heart of Roma Norte. Easy to deal with, no hassles, great architecture and design. Staff was friendly, spoke perfect English for those who don’t speak Spanish. The nature of the old classic building means a few less amenities (no AC just fans) and slower to warm showers (still gets hot tho!) but well worth it for the amazing architecture and decor. Walking distance to everything in Roma, Condesa, even the major museums like the anthropology, modern art, and contemporary Museo’s. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the local charm and character at Santa Casa. We had a street view room and enjoyed watching all the busy people down below. It was a bit noisy, but normal for any city. We had fans in the room and a small refrigerator. We didn’t mind not having air conditioning; the weather was perfect, 75 during the day and 50’s at night. We could walk to shops and restaurants easily and took Ubers to the museum and bus station for travel to Teotihuacán. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is well kept and very cute, it felt very homey and welcoming! It was close to places to eat and felt very safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend!
