Great house in Serra da Cantareira, North Zone of São Paulo, very close to the bar and restaurant "O Velhão", 10 minutes from Horto Florestal Park.
Ideal for gatherings, bringing family and friends together, whether to enjoy a pool, a barbecue, or, if it gets chilly, a cheese and wine night around the fireplace.
The house has 3 suites (all with air conditioning), each suite has a double bed and a bunk bed.
Games room with a pool table and a restroom.
