In the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, charming apartment in a quiet area, completely refurbished in 2019. Located in a luxury private residence offering multiple services: swimming pool, tennis courts, free shuttle (boat) in summer for access to the beach and shops in 5 minutes. The apartment benefits from a spacious shaded terrace of 20m², in the marina, facing the sea with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You are ideally placed to visit the hinterland, the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud....
The accommodations are located in a residence with secure access (gates and presence of a caretaker 24 hours a day).
Access to the apartment is via a dozen steps leading to the terrace facing the sea.
Living room with a sofa bed and large bay window giving access to the terrace. Equipped kitchen with dining area.
Bedroom with two single beds, and sea view. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Laundry room.
