Fully renovated apartment, suitable for up to 4 people, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is located next to Viale Marconi, one of Rome’s seven main shopping streets. It is a 20-minute walk from Metro Line B and the Basilica of St. Paul; a 15-minute walk from the Bambino Gesù Hospital Complex in San Paolo Ostiense. It is well-served by public transportation to the city center and just a few minutes’ walk from the historic Porta Portese market. The area features numerous excellent restaurants serving traditional Roman cuisine, pizzerias, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops (clothing stores, cafes, pizza-by-the-slice spots, supermarkets, pharmacies)—all within walking distance of the apartment. Nearby is a charming park on the banks of the Tiber River with a playground, fitness equipment, a dog park, and a picnic area. The apartment is located on the 7th floor with an elevator and is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Top quality experience: although a little out of town it was a very tidy property with everything necessary for a longer stay. plenty of nearby supply shops and a nice neighborhood. We cooked meals at the property and all needs were catered for with kitchen equipment and good hot water showers which were a treat after other disappointing stays. Highly recommended.
