Beautiful walks along the beaches, in the salt marshes and in the forest are available to you with dozens of km of secure greenways that lead you to Noirmoutier to the north or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie to the south.

The property is composed of a 4-room house, a heated swimming pool of 8m50 by 4m, a pool room and shelter, a terrace of 50m² and a plot of land entirely enclosed by walls topped with wooden screens and a motorized gate.

Outside, the property includes a heated swimming pool of 8m50 by 4m (max depth 1m70) with motorized shutter and automated salt treatment, a technical room with security camera, a terrace of 50m² (synthetic lawn), a parking space and a grassed area on the tower and at the back of the house.
The outdoor equipment is composed of 4 deckchairs and a 2-seater deckchair bed as well as a table and 8 outdoor chairs.
Free parking is also available in front of the property located in a cul-de-sac.
