Villa Belvedere is a spacious residence nestled in the peaceful hills of the Marche region, between the blue of the sea and the green of the Sibillini Mountains. It boasts a beautiful view of the sea, which is about 15 km away.
The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The first floor consists of: a main entrance, a spacious living room with a fireplace and armchairs where you can relax. The sea view is visible from the living area, which features a dining table that seats up to 30 people and a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. There is a full bathroom on the first floor. The living room offers direct access to the beautiful pool and garden.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outside, there is a porch with a second dining area featuring an outdoor table and chairs. There is also an outdoor BBQ.
Sleeping Arrangements:
2 Queen Rooms with Private Bathrooms: Double Bed + Queen-Size Bed + Armchair Bed/Extra Bed.
2 Standard Rooms: Double Bed + Single Bed.
1 Full Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, nestled in the property’s garden, offers guests a unique view of the rolling hills of the Marche region and the sea.
Located on one side, just a few meters from the house, it is accessible via a walking path. It has a regular shape, and entry is via comfortable steps. Its depth is 1.50 m. The sunbathing area is furnished with lounge chairs. The pool is unheated and open year-round.
