A room measuring approximately 30 square meters located in an apartment in a historic building in the city’s Art Nouveau district.
My husband, our little dog 🐶, and I live in the apartment
Separate bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom at the end of the hallway, and a balcony
Armchair for relaxing and reading, a work desk, and a coat rack
The room overlooks Palazzo Galimberti, a splendid example of Art Nouveau architecture
There are restaurants, bars, and shops throughout the area
A 5-minute walk away is a paid, secure underground parking garage.

We had a wonderful stay in Milan. The room was part of the host’s apartment and had a designated restroom, but it was very quiet and private — you could hardly notice anyone else was there. The room, restroom, and entire apartment were super clean. Giusi was very kind and welcoming, and Matilda the dog is adorable and very quiet. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and the best gelato place right across from the building. I would definitely recommend this place.One small suggestion would be to add a mirror and a small fridge in the room, which would make the stay even more convenient.

Great location, easy for transport links and lots of places to eat - listing should be more specific that the room is a shared space with owners - was OK for us but did take us by surprise

The place itself is very well located and very clean. Great view from room! Check in is easy. The only thing is the listing does not mention that the room is located within an apartment with people living in it. Although the couple living it in were wonderful, the listing never mentioned that. Listing should be updated to reflect that. If this was known the listing would be 5/5 stars. If you are OK with that, this place is excellent!
