The vacation home is just under 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children. It includes:

• 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed + a pull-out couch for 1 person (satellite TV, bedding provided)
• Each bedroom is equipped with new memory foam mattresses that ensure a comfortable sleeping environment
• 1 dining room with kitchenette (dishes/dish towels, silverware, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, toaster, mini oven, capsule coffee maker, etc.)
• 1 bathroom with shower (including hand and bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap, and shower gel)
• 1 separate toilet
• Entryway with reading nook
• Dedicated play area for young guests

A spacious garden with a larch wood deck and fire pit, where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine, rounds out the amenities. Sun loungers and a hanging swing also invite you to unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life. Children can let off steam in the garden; a sandbox, swing, trampoline, balls, and more are available for them. The property also includes a small chicken coop, which is visible through several windows; here, after checking with the hostess, you can watch the chickens lay eggs—and perhaps even take a breakfast egg or two for yourself. The vacation home is located in the Raab Valley, in the heart of Styria’s volcanic and thermal region. The nearest town—Kirchberg an der Raab—is just 4 kilometers away (shopping, bakery, hair salon, café, outdoor pool, restaurant…), the train station is 6 kilometers away, and the highway entrance is about a 15-minute drive. Several wine taverns are located very close to the house, some of which are within walking distance. Enjoy the idyllic countryside and the fresh air while strolling, hiking, walking, or biking along the Raab Valley Bike Path. The vacation home is also a great starting point for various day trips, such as Zotter Chocolate/Zotter Zoo, Riegersburg, Vulcano Ham Factory, etc., or the popular thermal spas in Bad Radkersburg, Loipersdorf, and the H₂O Erlebnis-Therme is also easily accessible via the highway.
