Our property is situated in an idyllic and quiet location on the outskirts of Bernau, in the "Steinbach" area, about 5 minutes from Lake Chiemsee. A unique location in the Chiemgau region, where you can enjoy the proximity to the lake and the mountains while also being able to take a quick trip to cities like Munich, Salzburg, Kufstein, or Wasserburg. No matter your age or fitness level, you’re sure to find something to enjoy here on Lake Chiemsee—whether it’s cycling or mountain biking, hiking, walking, or climbing, sailing, golfing, skiing, or simply relaxing. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in our five-star vacation apartment. Lake Chiemsee is easily accessible by bike in just a few minutes.
Nestled in the heart of beautiful Chiemgau in southern Bavaria, you’ll find our exceptional and exclusive vacation apartment with its unique character. The vacation rental is located in a separate building on our property, nestled between Lake Chiemsee and the mountains, including the Kampenwand. Approximately 105 square meters of living space on the first floor. Terrace with a dining table and chairs, a grill, and lounge furniture; spacious garden with sun loungers. Idyllic spots all around the vacation rental, some with lake views. Bedroom with a large double bed (2 x 1.80 m) and ample legroom, a wardrobe, and a bench; bed linens provided. Bathroom with walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead, hair dryer, makeup mirror, toilet, underfloor heating, and towels provided. Bright living room with a pull-out bed (2 x 1.60 m) for the 3rd and 4th guests, multiple seating options, TV, free Wi-Fi, stereo system, desk for working, and coffee table. Fully equipped large kitchen-living area with a “Wamsler” stove, 4-burner gas range, and wood-burning stove; large refrigerator and freezer; dishwasher; coffee maker and Nespresso machine; milk frother; electric kettle; toaster, counter space, microwave, in-room safe, dining table with benches around it, and dish towels provided. Natural and carefully selected furnishings featuring reclaimed wood, natural stone, and fine fabrics. Non-smoking apartment; no pets; suitable for people with allergies.
