Dawn was so great to communicate with and extremely responsive to our needs. We were staying for a surgery for one of my kiddos at Marin General Hospital so it was close and inexpensive for our long 19 day stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the kitchen items were extremely old and difficult to cook with in the VRBO. Otherwise, everything else made for a nice easy stay.

needs updates, small, no air conditioning, floors uneven and many cracked tiles met our needs glad we weren't there during the heat of the day basically were just there to sleep so no real problems good communication with host nice cable t.v. comfy couch and beds
