Near the accommodation, you can swim in Lake Chiemsee, hike, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or downhill ski.

The kitchen is fully equipped: kitchen island with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee maker and electric kettle. Cozy south-facing balcony. Additional outdoor space on the first floor. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and some rooms feature real wood parquet flooring.
An ideal starting point for wonderful excursions into nature, the mountains (with hiking boots, a bike, skis, a sled, or a snowboard), or to Salzburg or Munich. The Fraueninsel and Herreninsel are always worth a visit.
