About this apartment rental
Our luxurious oasis of well-being, located just a short distance from Essen Borbeck Castle, is situated on a small, quiet yet central private street on the edge of the forest. The 100 m² vacation apartment is on the first floor of our two-family home and was completed in May 2020.
The apartment is cozy and modernly furnished. It features two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed—an open-concept living area with a living room, a comfortable kitchen, and a dining area, as well as a bathroom.
We want to offer you a relaxing and restful stay at Casa della Vita.
Enjoy the peace and quiet and unwind with an idyllic stroll through our beautiful castle park, home to a Baroque moated castle that has served as the preferred residence of the Princess Abbesses of Essen since the 14th century. Soak up the atmosphere at the castle’s own restaurant and beer garden, or take a detour to the famous Borbeck steam beer brewery “Dampfe seit 1896.” When the weather is nice, nearly 400 people can enjoy everything the kitchen, barrels, and cellar have to offer under the shade of giant trees.
Cyclists, too, can indulge their passion for exploration. A popular cycling and hiking trail follows a former railroad right-of-way from Schönebeck through Borbeck all the way to the Rhine-Herne Canal. You can explore kilometers of trails that are closely linked to the history of the Ruhr region.
