In Spain, in Orihuela Costa, near Dehesa De Campoamor, 50 km south of Alicante, rent a T3 for 4 people (2 couples or a couple with 2 children max).
Gated residence with private parking (N°33), large secure swimming pool and wading pool, fitness area and enclosed playground for children.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator.
Air-conditioned apartment of 82m2, a balcony of 18m2 and a roof terrace of 67m2:
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle), open to the large living room.
- Adjoining the kitchen, a small laundry room with a washing machine.
- A living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV and a bay window with access to the balcony.
- A master bedroom (king size bed) with bathroom (Italian shower, hairdryer, WC) and a large closet with a safe, A4 format. The bay window also opens onto the balcony.
- A 2nd bedroom with cupboard and two beds of 90x200 cm. These beds can be joined together to make a large bed (180x200) and thus accommodate a 2nd couple.
- A 2nd bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
The balcony is equipped with two armchairs, a 3-seater sofa and a coffee table. This is removable and transforms into a dining table.
An internal staircase leads to the private roof terrace. From there, you will have a view of the sea, the Manga del mar Menor, the sunrise...
The solarium is equipped with an arbour with a high table and 6 stools, a plancha-grill to taste the flavors of Spain, two sunbeds, a parasol and at the back an outdoor shower to refresh yourself.

Nearby, there are many golf courses (Villamartin 2 km) but also restaurants of all types of cuisine (Spanish, Asian, English, ...) accessible on foot or by car.
The nearest beach is 2.5 km away. Various sports and water activities in the surrounding area.
The airports of Murcia and Alicante are 45 minutes away.
The commercial area, La Zenia with all its restaurants and brand stores is a 5 minute drive away.

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00 at the latest. Outside this period, a surcharge of 30 euros will be charged.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price, for any stay longer than one week. For stays between 3 and 7 nights, 75 euros will be charged.
Beach and pool towels are not provided.
