About this villa rental
Welcome @Villa Saphir Noirmoutier located in l'Epine on the island of Noirmoutier.
Its exceptional location allows you to access directly from the garden gate the Port de Morin and a 3-minute walk from the Devin beach. You will enjoy an exceptional view of the port and the sea from the living room and the master suite located upstairs. The two bedrooms on the first floor open onto the garden.
The 3 bedrooms have hotel-quality double beds (160) to ensure optimal comfort. A sofa bed in the living room can make an extra bed.
Peace and quiet are guaranteed even in the middle of summer.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer etc.), coffee lovers will enjoy a Delonghi espresso coffee maker.
2 spacious shower rooms and two toilets complete the layout of the house.
A washing machine is at your disposal in the laundry room.
This villa will suit both sportsmen (running, cycling, water sports...) and contemplatives (sand garden, fishing on foot, idleness...)

Epicureans will not be left out with the BBQ in the garden, the seafood and the small restaurants on the port and elsewhere...
