About this apartment rental
This high-end vacation rental is located in Jena’s Kernbergviertel neighborhood, on the first floor of a single-family home at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It measures 58 square meters—plus a small terrace of approximately 7 square meters and a private parking space directly in front of the apartment. High-quality furnishings include underfloor heating in all rooms and granite tiles.
HALLWAY: Spacious hallway—also suitable for storing a bicycle.
SHOWER ROOM: The small shower room offers everything you need in a compact space. The floor and walls are finished with high-quality granite tiles. The shower itself has underfloor heating and is fully accessible.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is open and integrated into the dining and living room area. It offers everything needed for a cozy breakfast or meal: refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, white porcelain, etc. The countertops are made of high-quality granite. A washing machine and a large fridge-freezer are located in the apartment’s pantry.
DINING AREA: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring 4 comfortable chairs and a table with a granite top.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is furnished with a sofa and an armchair, a 32" HDTV with cable, and a coffee table. From this room, you can step directly onto your terrace to enjoy either your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Hiking trails leading directly into the nature reserve begin 200 meters from the apartment.
