Great stay in Dubrovnik! The location was excellent—right in the heart of everything while still feeling private and peaceful. It took us a minute to find it, but once we did, it was perfect. The host communicated well and made us feel right at home. The space is a bit small, but everything worked great, and the value for the location was hard to beat. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the property is excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
However, unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet our expectations. The water heater in the room was not working, and the kitchen food warmer was also broken. In addition, the internet connection was extremely poor and practically unusable. These issues need to be fixed, as they had a significant impact on our stay.

If planning to stay in Old Town, it is a wonderful location. The building was cool, even in the 30c heat outside, could comfortably stay in the room even with AC turned off. The water pressure was amazing, powerful enough to flay the skin off your back, love it. Hot water is really hot, be careful
