I really enjoyed the spa and the person who’s coordinating the spa.
The toilet door lock wasn’t working and I reported that to the front desk and they haven’t fixed it during our stay. Also, we stayed for 3 nights and they haven’t done any housekeeping in the meantime.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was good, and having access to the sauna and steam room included was a real bonus.
Breakfast was included, but the hot-food options were limited. The apartment also had no utensils, so we couldn’t use the kitchen; that wasn’t a problem for us this time, as we chose to eat out.

We stayed here to be close to AYT airport for an early morning departure, it was just a 15 minute drive which was perfect and and still far enough away from the airport so not too much disruption from aircraft noise.
Lovely kitchen with tea making facilities in the apartment but could some have done with some more equipment such as cutlery and some plates / bowls etc.
