I love how extremely close it is to the main centre of Zakopane, as well as how clean and spacious it was.

The breakfast was very limited, it felt like I was being given airplane food, just food wrapped up in a plastic box. Didn’t get a choice of what I wanted to eat.

Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its excellent location, cleanliness and modern furnishings, but the

The apartment has an excellent location, approximately a 2-minute walk from the main square. The apartment is newly and modernly furnished and was clean.

We spent around 20 minutes looking for the entrance to the apartment because there was no clear sign on the building indicating where the apartment was located. The overall impression of the area where the apartments are situated was rather sad and poorly maintained. The parking area was basically just a gravel lot, and near the entrance to the building there were wooden boards scattered along the stairs leading downstairs. The Booking.com listing also did not mention that the apartment is located directly inside a cinema building. This was a major issue for us because we could hear movies being played in the cinema through the walls from approximately 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM, which was very uncomfortable during our stay. The walls of the apartment also had practically no sound insulation, so we could hear almost every conversation and every word from the hallway. Since the reviews of the other rooms did not mention similar noise problems, this may be an issue specific to this particular apartment. Another problem was that we were not given the Wi-Fi password, even though the Booking.com listing stated that Wi-Fi was freely available. When i texted the owner for the password i got no reply. The Wi-Fi that the TV was connected to also did not work, so we were unable to use the TV. In the bathroom, there was toilet paper left over from the previous guests, and the toilet paper holder was almost completely detached, so the toilet paper could not even stay on it properly. In comparison with the other apartments, this one hasn’t got such a pretty view as well, but that was the least problematic thing out of all above.

Great Stay!

The location was superb! It was within walking distance to the main street and a supermarket a few steps away. The apartment was very modern, clean and spacious. We highly recommend.

The mattress was abit uncomfortable and the first evening there was a lot of noise coming from the floor beneathe us which lasted till around 10pm. Luckily this only happened the first night and the rest were very quiet.

Not for families

Modern. Location.

Would not recommend for families with small children. The apartments are on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator, so carrying a stroller upstairs is not comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room! It’s really hot inside especially at night. But the biggest issue is that the apartments are located in the same building as the National Falconry Center — which means you will hear music and dancing throughout the day especially in the evenings till 20:00. Terrible! I didn’t saw this fact in room description before booking, owner need to mention this. Also, the apartment lacks basic essentials like salt or even a corkscrew. Check-in is only from 16:00, which is quite late. Otherwise, it was good.
