I felt that this condo had a nice mix of pleasant beach and proximity to dining. A very short walk to bot Manny's and Lucky's Cantina. Pink Cadillac is also very close, but we only saw them open for a short time. It was also easy to drive to the Malecon for shopping, dining and purchase fresh shrimp. There were five in our party and everyone was comfortable. It is an older building and shows a little wear. That did not bother us, but I just wanted to mention it so that you know what to expect.
The microwave didn't work Maybe we didn't know how to start it, but we couldn't get it to work. The silverware is limited and small. There were no pots for cooking. Not a big deal, we used frying pans. It took a long time to get hot water, but that also didn't bother us. The water was not Duluth cold, so showers were quick but tolerable.
The rollers on the sliding glass door need to be replaced. We cleaned the sand out of the track the best we could, but the door was still difficult to slide.

The management was wonderful, very helpful and easy to communicate with. On site parking was extremely convenient.
There was no bedding for the sofa bed even though the property said it was equipped for up to 7 people (which includes the sofa bed). We saw a mouse inside the main area of the home the last evening of our stay.
