We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romanstay, a beautiful, clean, and spacious Airbnb complete with an outdoor hot tub. Occupying the entire second floor, the apartment features an open-concept living room and kitchen, along with two bedrooms, all elegantly decorated in a mid-century modern style. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a free washer and dryer. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early when our plans changed. The space is perfect for couples or groups of up to four, and we would definitely recommend Romanstay to friends and family!
This is not a complaint but guests should be aware that the Airbnb is located within a 15 minute walk of the old town/city centre. However, you can use the bikes that are provided to get around! We enjoyed exploring Takayama by bike.
