Cheap and comfortable.
A bit dark. Tricky to find first time. Get a bigger/brighter sign. You can't see the keypad on front door until you touch it. So, you dont know it is there until you rattle the door. The pods dont let in light. So have lighting on in hall.

Good location, close to public transport, pods lock from the inside, clean space
No staff onsite, hated the disposable sheets - so wasteful and real sheets were an extra charge.

This was my third stay with Cosmos.
It’s a novel experience, but ultimately, it does everything it needs to for a short stay.
The pods are clean and comfortable, I always get a good nights sleep. And for a fraction of the cost of a typical hotel in central London.
My go to for an event in London.
My pod was a little warm this time, despite the air con. I’ve previously stayed in the middle of summer and haven’t had this problem, so not sure if the aircon was playing up this time.

Convenient and simple set up
Door to capsule wouldn’t lock. Received no information. No communication after 9pm
