Explore this charming holiday rental nestled amidst the beautiful Bordeaux vineyards, a serene retreat near Sauternes, offering a shared swimming pool. Situated on the property of the onsite owners, this rental provides a tranquil escape immersed in vineyard beauty, just a short 20-minute drive from Bordeaux.
The property features a vibrant ground floor with a colourful living room housing a comfortable three-seater sofa. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, boasts essential appliances including a coffee maker. Upstairs, discover the spacious bedroom furnished with a double bed and bunk beds suitable for 2 children (please note, the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6).
Teh outside area is adorned with trees, with a table tennis table for added entertainment. Guests can indulge in the shared swimming pool (10m x 5m) alongside the owners, accompanied by comfortable deckchairs. A delightful terrace provides a perfect spot for outdoor gatherings.
The house is between Cadillac and Podensac in the Graves vineyard and 5 minutes from the prestigious Sauternes vineyard. A beautiful wine route with hilly landscapes of vineyards and beautiful villages to cross. Nearby you can visit the famous Saint Emilion (medieval city) 40 km away and cross the vineyard of L'Entre Deux Mers.
Please note that the owners reside onsite in an adjoining house and share the swimming pool. Additionally, there might be some pets belonging to the owners present on the property.
