Small, Cramped, Claustrophobic and Overpriced.

The parking facilities and location to town.

The apartment located above Santadar Bank at 7 Kosciuski Street, parking located on 4 Zawiszy Czarnego. Instructions given by Old Town Apartment/Vacation Club, take you to an external holiday firm website to register. You get an sms message at 4 pm with keycodes. A long phone call (15 mins) to a helpline eventually resulted in the codes being given and the location of the keypad. It was a very stressful start to our stay. Noise from nearby road used by boy car racers in the evenings. Small/compact flat, does not offer 'ample space.' Kitchenette had four plastic garden chairs and small round table. Equipment, dishes, glasses, cutlery and the floor were dirty. Flies were in the kitchen/seating area. We used the kettle and two cups; did not use any of the kitchen equipment as no instructions available in English. The orange sofa smelled of stale cigarette smoke and was uncomfortable. A large coffee table in a dangerous state of collapsing, just touching the table with my finger produced a wobble. Reported this on arrival to Old Town Apartment via Booking.com and also contacted Booking.com directly, but have had no communication back. A small double bed located behind the door and wardrobe made it feel claustrophobic. No air conditioning/ceiling fan, the bed was hot and uncomfortable. The bedroom sockets produced sparks when the lamp was plugged in. We were so worried about getting an electric shock. Also reported to Old Town Apartments/Booking.com - no communication. We did not feel relaxed or comfortable in this Apartment and could not wait to leave. There was no internet access either. The description and the price charged for this Apartment were overpriced for what you got. We got charged £75 for a cleaning fee? I am not sure what this covers, but the apartment was not clean to the standard I'd expect. I'd expect it to be spotless with no faulty furniture or equipment.

Miła obsługa telefoniczna, dobra lokalizacja

Korzystam z bookingu po to, aby uprościć proces rezerwacji. Niestety nie w tym wypadku, rezerwując ten apartament, po opłaceniu go dowiaduje się że muszę opłacić jeszcze jakiś 100 zł kaucji, zarejestrować się na ich stronie i przymusowo zaakceptować zgody marketingowe aby dostać kod do skrytki. W ofercie jest informacja o prywatnym parkingu, ale nie ma jakichkolwiek informacji jak tam dojechać. Dzwoniąc do firmy obsługującej wynajmem, dowiaduję się że wjazd jest z tyłu budynku - i tyle. Tak trudno napisać SMS z instrukcją? Jakoś inni właściciele ogarniają że wyjmują od nich osoby nie z tego miasta, nigdy nie były w tym miejscu i nie wiedzą jak tam się poruszać. Krótki komunikat: apartament jest w tym budynku, wjazd na parking od ul. Zawiszy, proszę kierować się tym i tym napisem na płocie. Pomijając fakt że nazwa oferty jest myląca co do numeru mieszkania, a Pan (był bardzo miły i uprzejmy - to muszę podkreślić) podał nam zły nr miejsca postojowego i nawet nie wiedział czy jest tam jakaś brama do pilota. Ja rozumiem, on nigdy tam nie był, ale może jakaś wymiana informacji między właścicielem a firma obsługująca wynajem? Wymagają wyniesienia śmieci, posprzątania resztek jedzenia itp - no spoko, rozumiem. Ale to może wypadałoby również raz na jakiś czas trochę gruntowniej posprzątać te mieszkanie. W mieszkaniu roiło się od kurzu… szafka, szafa, lampka nocna - centymetry kurzu na niej. A w kuchni nawet jednej rolki ręcznika kuchennego nie ma. Ale w kiblu za to cały arsenał najtańszego papieru toaletowego, chociaż osobiście myślę że lepsza nazwa to papier ścierny. I dumna naklejka na ścianie że to papier z recyklingu - bo dbają o środowisko. Chcecie dbać o środowisko? To naprawcie deszczownice, bo jak człowiek chce się umyć pod prysznicem to woda bokiem ucieka. Odpływ pod prysznicem to chyba zatkany, ale go się dziwić jak wynajmując te mieszkanie musisz wynieść po sobie śmieci i zmyć naczynia, więc zapewne wpada Pani sprzątająca tylko na wymianę ręczników i pościeli.
