Friendly and helpful staff and good location with off street parking. Rooms were clean, comfortable and all facilities good, coffee/ tea and nice warm shower.
Nice selection of real ales, well kept.
Great fried breakfast with great service 👍
Not really an issue, but too many TVs in resraurant are for us a bit distracting.. Great if you like your sports though.

Cosy, clean, comfortable: everything fresh and new in the room. Really very good! Right next to the train station and very convenient for the town. Efficient, kind and smiley staff who took good care while respecting privacy- just perfect. Thank you
All good!

Location was good for the town and the harbour. Staff were friendly.
You had to stand and look sideways out of the window for a garden view otherwise it was the side of the house next door!
The room was not made up so teabags etc were not replenished.
