Pictures Are Deceiving, Many issues
The wall decor was really cute.
Most the beds were comfortable.
Loved the large washer and dryer.
Many issues and pictures were deceiving. The pool looked dirty and like worms were on the bottom. Reported it on check in day and the pool guy came the next day and said it's just very stained. The patio and patio furniture are covered in mold, leaves, and dirt. I tried to spray it off with the hose but it's too short so I couldn't get everything, hose spraying water everywhere at the connection point. None of this was shown in any of the pictures when I booked this place. FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! Went to take a shower on check in day and went turn shower on water sprayed all over from between the wall and faucet. I reported it at 6:19PM. Got a message the next day 4:21pm saying the guy will be there at 6pm. I told him I wasn't going to be there, and I was not comfortable with a stranger around my personal belongs without me there and I found it unfair that it would take almost 24 hr to have a water problem fixed. He came after 9pm mostly fixed it and I ended up having to clean up the mess he made (old caulking and whatever he pulled from behind the faucet). I say mostly fixed because now when the shower is on the pressure is so built it pushes the faucet outward and water coming out the shower has less pressure than when it was spraying out the wall. Also, at check-out I went under the kitchen sink to get the dishwashing pod and that pipe was leaking and water was all over everything. Bad piping issues with this house. I had to buy my own kitchen garbage bags while I was there cause they 5-gallon bags for a 13-gallon can. One of the tv remotes needed batteries and they only had one battery so half the batteries in that remove are no good. I messaged the manager and asked if the handy man who was going to fix the shower also bring batteries, never happen. The front curtain is too narrow and blinds too short so I had to rig pillows up so on one could see inside.
