A wonderful stay at Pullman Nairobi Upperhill
We had a great experience at the Pullman Nairobi Upperhill, and it started the moment we walked in. Nicholas at the front desk gave us a smooth, friendly check-in. He was very attentive and noticed we seemed to be having some difficulty with the private hire driver who had brought us, so he kindly offered to help. He also arranged a car to take us to dinner that evening. It was clear he's a conscientious host who genuinely looks out for his guests.
The breakfast spread was excellent too. My in-laws, who are not easy to please, were delighted with the variety of food options.
Thank you, Nicholas and team, for making our stay so memorable. We'd happily stay here again!

the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Security guard were also nice.
The area appeared a little isolated but i suppose it was in a business area
