The self check-in was very convenient - but travelers need to look closely at the main entrance number as it can be confusing especially if they're coming in from a long and exhausting journey.
I really appreciated the free mini-bar with drinks for two people and a bag of chips.
Alessio was extremely helpful! (I understand that I didn't get a reply from him when I was at the door as my flight arrived at around midnight)
I was extremely tired and sleepy when I got in at around midnight so I spent 5 minutes looking for the main entrance. Since it's in a huge mixed-use building with multiple entrances and separate units, I was too confused from my long travel that I didn't immediately see the building number - guests should know that it's at number 15 and that the entrance is a glass door with a metal frame.
The property should include a clear picture of the exact main entrance at the building instead of the Google Map Street View picture as it's difficult to tell which one especially if the guest is coming in from a very long and tiring journey.
