As expected. Lots of staff. Clean and comfortable. Good balcony in room. Good distance to the old town. Staff helpful with booking local experiences.

Amazing location, beautiful building, staff were very friendly from the moment we walked in. The pool is absolutely stunning, a very quiet and relaxing ambiance

The pool was the best part. Due to the heat of the summer we spent hours at the pool. Comfortable chairs and always shade it you need it.
We had no WiFi and our phones could not detect the signal. When i asked she told me that I was not using the phone properly. They would also only give us one room key per room, so our AC/charging would not work u less we left our key at the hotel and then wait for them to let us into our room when we got back. DO NOT use their tailor on site if you want women’s clothes. They make you pay in full up front and then argue with you about what you like and don’t like. I was in tears during the fitting because I paid $100 for a dress I will never wear.
