A great house for our long weekend visit to the North East with teenage son. Whitley Bay and the surrounding coast is a great place to hang out (even in suboptimal weather) and it is easy to get into the city.
Really comfy and cosy property with space to relax in, and all the facilities we needed.
Some reviews comment on parking - we managed to get a space right outside most of the time, and otherwise there was plenty of spaces available very nearby. Hosts very helpful.
Nothing really - all good. A few coats by the front door wouldn’t go amiss when visiting in autumn!

Good location, handy for cullercoats and Whitley bay beaches.
Decent space for the cost
No privacy when blinds up - maybe consider privacy glass stickers? Or some light privacy curtains ?
Parking is an issue! Clearly emotive in the locality and extremely hard to get a space particularly at peak (5pm after work etc).
Couldn’t set heating on a timer.
Some of the cutlery and crockery was still a bit grubby from previous guests.
Overall place felt like there could be a little more TLC (gaps around back of toilet, badly fitting toilet seat, blinds not reaching to the windowsills!, kitchen cooker hood broken etc)

A tardis, as we entered and walked into the property it opened up into an amazing suprise, huge and so comfy. Kitchen exceptional, bathroom huge, we loved that the table in the Kitchen was layed up and had flowers- very inviting.
