Comfortable apartment with big living areas. Just one flight of stairs to get to it. Good location over looking a nice little square with a good selection of restaurants. Overall it was good value for money in a good location.
Apartment is dated and needs replacing of basic facilities like pillows, towels, kitchen utensils (frying pans need to be thrown out). Very odd collection of plates, crockery and glassware. Kitchen island bench was literally falling apart. Could not use it for fear of it collapsing. Entrance foyer was filthy as were the stairs and the walls leading the apartment. There was a constant smell in the toilet. General level of cleanliness was below what we normally expect.

The apartment was easy to find and a short walk from the station. Close to a lively piazza. Good kitchen facilities.
Right above the rubbish collection point in the street and close to a very lively piazza. Early and late rubbish truck collections - so noisy then. No top sheets provided on beds even during summer? Used duvet cover instead and was disappointed to find not very clean looking duvet. Also stains on sheets. Minimal toilet paper provided. We have found properties are still using Covid as an excuse not to provide more than minimum although bedding obviously not sanitised to the same standards. Also no mattress protector? Kitchen island bench was also unstable and in need of repair. All of this let down an otherwise excellent apartment.

Excellent location + parking facility.
I am not a bad driver, but prking the car in the garage is almost mission impossible. I guess it is still better than parking outside.
Towels and pillows have bad odour. Otherwise well equipped and OK.
