Helaas niet geschikt voor een gezin met jonge kinderen.

Het appartement was schoon en netjes en de eigenaar reageerde snel en was bereid problemen op te lossen. Helaas was onze ervaring als gezin met twee jonge kinderen (1 en 3 jaar) erg negatief. De grote betegelde trap staat midden in het appartement en heeft geen traphekje. Naar onze mening geven de foto's op Booking.com onvoldoende weer hoe groot en aanwezig deze trap is in de ruimte tussen de slaapkamer en het woongedeelte. Daarom voegen we zelf een foto toe. Ook was de toegang tot het appartement voor ons erg onduidelijk. Zonder de video in de digitale gids te hebben bekeken, was het vrijwel onmogelijk om zelfstandig te begrijpen waar we moesten parkeren en hoe we binnen moesten komen. Bij aankomst leidde dit tot een zeer onaangename situatie met bewoners, die vanaf onze aankomst tot na het verplaatsen van de auto tegen ons bleven schreeuwen. Het voelde erg dreigend en onveilig aan. Het kinderbedje was aanwezig, maar stond niet klaar en lag in de kast. Voor een verblijf met jonge kinderen hadden we verwacht dat dit vooraf klaargezet zou zijn. Daarnaast kwam tijdens ons verblijf een terrastegel los terwijl onze dochter erover liep. De tegel viel vervolgens op de voet van onze andere dochter. Gelukkig raakte zij niet ernstig gewond, maar wij vonden dit een serieus veiligheidsprobleem. We waarderen dat de eigenaar snel reageerde en aangaf de problemen te willen oplossen. Helaas waren de combinatie van de gebrekkige kindveiligheid, de moeilijke aankomst en het incident met de tegel voor ons reden om nog op de aankomstdag naar huis te gaan. De accommodatie heeft daarna een vergoeding toegezegd, maar deze is tot op heden niet betaald. Ook reageert de accommodatie inmiddels niet meer op ons of op verzoeken van Booking.com.

Wir haben uns in der großen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die kleine Auszeit genossen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
