Amazing original concept, nothing like it in Dubai! They had everything you could possibly need and the location is perfect!

The apartment is nice we liked it
Worst experience with Booking.com so far.
The check-in process was terrible. After an entire day of communicating, most likely with an automated bot and after paying a security deposit of 1,500, I had to wait an additional three hours. Then, they informed me that they needed to confirm my identity before sending the access code. I sent an email with my ID and reservation number, and only after that did they say they now needed to verify the deposit in their system.
I kept waiting and refused to go to the apartment until I received the access code but I never got it. So I decided to go to the property, waited there for another hour, and in the end, they told me, “There is no access code, the room is open.” I finally walked into the apartment at 10 PM.
