Avoid Like the Plague

Regretfully we did not like anything about this stay. A substantial part of the property is leased out to a third-party bar & restaurant operator, that is situated barely 10 meters from the guest rooms. Our first two nights were ruined by loud and rowdy parties with music blaring until 3am, making it impossible to sleep, let alone with a toddler. We have requested to pay for breakfast, which was simply never prepared. On top of that, the baby cot provided had an old, worn, very thin mattress, our daughter was essentially sleeping on the wooden slats. We asked the owner, Mario Giudice, to replace this for our baby and were completely ignored. The rooms themselves are dated and require an entire uplift. Rooms aren’t equipped with a basic fridge, and WiFi is non-existent. Between the rowdy early morning parties and loud music on our first two nights, the broken promises, and the total lack of response to our concerns by the owner Mario Giudice, we checked out three nights early. Mario, the owner, did absolutely nothing to fix or remedy the situation. As a result, we were forced to find alternative accommodation mid-way through our stay, a relocation which has saved our holiday. We would not recommend this property to anyone. Simply avoid it.

This property is a clear misrepresentation and its owner is not fit for purpose.

A perfect place to have a quiet time.

A very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The pool is lovely and a good place to cool down.

Disponibilita' , cordialita' gentilezza tutto eccezionale da parte di tutti.

Unica pecca non guasterebbe un frigorifero anche piccolo in camera , anche se in struttura c'e' ne' uno a disposizione in comune con le altre stanze.
