Immeuble vétuste avec un accès qui est un vrai labyrinthe.
Tout est vieux et mal entretenu.
Cuisine mal équipé, pas de machine à café à dosette et que 3 verres à vin pour 6 personnes !

Die Lage war gut, wir kennen uns in Marbella bestens aus. Die Möbel innen waren O.K. Schöner Rundblick von der obersten Terrasse.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist veraltet mit 2 sehr alten Kochplatten. Noch nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine, ein alter Toaster, den man eigentlich nicht benutzen möchte, Tassen Teller Gläser na ja.. Die Bäder müssten dringend erneuert werden, oxidierte Wasserhähne, alte Objekte. Wir haben für 3 Personen nur 2 Handtücher und 3 Badetücher bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es "das ist kein Hotel, wir können ja die Waschmaschine benutzen". Man hat uns dann noch 2 Badetücher vor die Tür gehängt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (höchstens 6 m²) war so klein, dass man das Bett jeweils rücken musste, entweder ging die Schranktür auf oder die Tür. Angeboten wurde die Wohnung für 4 Personen, völlig unmöglich, da müsste man das Ausziehbett, das sich unter dem Bett befindet, herausziehen, wie das allerdings in dem kleinen Zimmer Platz haben soll, rätselhaft. Vielleicht hochkant. Auch die Balkon- und Terrassenmöbel sind stark abgenutzt und verwittert. Das Schlimmste allerdings waren die Baustellen im Gebäude. Unter uns wurden die Wege neu betoniert und belegt. Erst wurde gestemmt, dann ging den ganzen Tag die Mischmaschine. Die Nachbarwohnung wurde entkernt und saniert. Da wurde ebenfalls gestemmt und Wände abgerissen, den ganzen Tag Baulärm. Dann wieder die Mischmaschine für den Putz. Dafür war die Wohnung viel zu teuer. Eigentlich kann man dann so eine Wohnung nicht vermieten. Abgesehen davon, um diesen Preis zu erzielen muss unbedingt modernisiert werden in Bad und Küche. Es handelt sich ja um eine Luxusanlage, die ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und der viele Regen im Frühjahr hat deutliche Schäden hinterlassen. Was zwangsläufig zu weiteren Bauarbeiten führt.
