Close to downtown and also where I was attending work assignment
Small amount of parking for size of property but they had access to lot next door but poor access for getting your belongings in and out if you had to use cart

We like that our dog had a place to stay and that it was not an exorbitant price. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was well stocked. The parking lot was large enough to accomodate our vehicle. The staff was friendlyand efficient.
It was costly for our budget, but we understand that it costs to run a facility like this in downtown Chattanooga.

It’s perfectly located in our favorite part of Chattanooga. It’s always in top shape, and our stay is always very nice.
There hasn’t been anything we didn’t like in the three times we’ve stayed there.

Great location, parking was easy. We had one staff member that was very nice and helpful. I have completely forgotten her name but she had blue hair!! She as always so friendly! Cleanliness of the building was great as well.
First of all, the bed felt like sleeping on cement. The continental breakfast was terrible. The staff working on the specific day that we actually had breakfast were not nice and just seemed like everything bothered to them. The day we checked out, the one elevator for the entire hotel, was out of order! Luckily we were leaving and only had two bags so the four flights of steps weren't terrible.
