Location and condition were good.
Not sure what breakfast was supposed to be - at check-in I was asked to fill out a slip of paper choosing what I wanted for breakfast which starts at 6am. I showed up at 6:45 am - no staff, no food, only a pot of coffee (I think). I wanted tea but the electric pot of water wasn’t plugged in. Since I couldn’t find any staff I just left and ate at a McDonald’s.

We liked that it was clean and comfortable, mattress and pillows.
The breakfast was very tasty. I liked that we had a choice for food like a restaurant not a buffet. My only complaint we did not like is the poor waitress/cook was alone and was trying to serve 9 people at the same time. Thus we had to wait for our food a bit. Suggestion have butter, jelly, salt and pepper on EACH table. We received our food and had to request butter and jelly. Had to wait for it. If you can have a separate person to serve and a separate cook, I think it would run more quickly and efficient, obviously it runs up your costs.

The grits was a little too cold for me. I would have love to have some kind of fruits or yogurt. there just was not many choices for breakfast
A few more items for the guest and children. Most children does not eat grits. maybe some grits
