Very clean and contemporary. Only problem for us was the shower stall NOT having a glass door so bathroom got soaking wet when we showered! It was noisy at night on the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the apartment complex and restaurants in the neighborhood especially “Seven” which was just down the canal within walking distance!

5 / 10

The guidance for direction was perfect. The room was spotless. It had everything we needed. The only thing was that the dishes could be cleaner.

10 / 10

Easy to get around by subway. Helpful communication and videos on how to find the apartment.

Management was extremely rude and even contacted me days before I arrived at the property for the city tax. Even though I paid the total amount in advance.Management was extremely rude and even contacted me days before I arrived at the property for the city tax, even though I paid the total amount in advance. Construction next door, lots of banging noise and jackhammers… will never stay here again!
